Transdisciplinary Working
Not knowing each other beforehand, I joined hands with a Psychologist, HR-Manager and Programmer to come up with a concept.

Dreamworks
Introducing Dreanworks: A Conversation Starter, we have created a coaching toolbox for students who struggle in finding their dream job. It guides the conversation with reflective questions and tips about matching careers. This specifically aims to support teachers/ tutors/ social workers or parents to have a conversation with struggling students and help them figure out their goals and aspirations.
We developed the idea in a transdisciplinary fashion. The team composition was fantastic, as the expertise in HR and Psychology complimented my design background, allowing us to effectively transition from idea to prototype with concrete functionalities and content in only 48h.
